Tess McMillan, an 18 year old Texan model, entered the fashion world after directly contacting photographers and asking them to share her details with New York modelling agencies.

In 2018, the red-headed teenager signed to Muse Management and has since walked for Simone Rocha, starred in a Rodarte campaign, and featured in a British Vogue editorial with Bella Hadid. Described as ‘unconventional’ because of her non-sample size, McMillan’s been hailed as the ‘future’ of the modelling industry and ‘one to watch’, as well as recently making it onto Dazed’s Dazed100 most influential rising stars of 2019 list.
